The jet that pumps water back into the pool isn’t only great for back massages.
It has a bigger role, pumping filtered water back into the pool. It also directs water flow around the pool, which is great for the water’s circulation. And it makes sure chemicals in the water are distributed evenly.
A couple of points need to be borne in mind.
-
- Aimflows should be directed 30-45 degrees down. This will give you better chemical distribution, and the water flow will not affect the performance of the pool cleaner.
- Aimflows should not be positioned on a step Your leaf skimmer will battle to work, as the step area is too shallow and too protected.
- An Aimflow Diverter can increase water circulation, because you can accurately select where your water is directed on its re-entry.
