“We used Pool Action to re marbelite our swimming pool and put in solar panels. We have a very large pool and the marbelite had areas that was badly pitted. Quintin along with each and every member of his team were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, reliable and extremely professional. I will absolutely recommend Pool Action to anyone without a doubt. What a great experience. Thank you, team.”
Belinda Bennett
“Thanks Pool Action – Pool Xpert. My family is enjoying the pool now more than ever. Fitment of a Heater pump and pool leak sorted. My kids are absolutely filled with enjoyment and hours pass with them spending time in the pool and most of all having fun again. Thanks for the Professional service team.”
Reinhardt Fourie
“Good selection of stock, mainly irrigation and water purification. Always willing to order items not in stock. I am very impressed with how helpful and professional the owner and staff are. I took a faulty pressure pump to them today. They tested the pump and identified the problem. They could just have sold me the part but fitted the part to the pump and then tested it to make sure it was working properly. This was done to a high standard. I highly recommend this business.”

Frequently Asked Questions About Baracuda Neo Inverter Heat Pumps
What does an inverter heat pump do for a swimming pool?An inverter heat pump helps regulate your pool water temperature more efficiently by adjusting its output according to heating demand. Instead of running at one fixed speed all the time, it ramps up or down as needed.
This can help reduce electricity usage, support more stable water temperatures and improve everyday comfort. For pool owners looking to extend their swimming season without excessive running costs, inverter technology is often a better long-term option than older fixed-speed systems.
To get help choosing the right pool heat pump, enquire with Pool Xpert or find an expert in our network.
How do I choose the right Baracuda Neo model for my pool?Baracuda Neo inverter heat pumps are designed to offer a more efficient and convenient way to heat your swimming pool. Key benefits include quieter operation, Wi-Fi control, inverter-driven efficiency, and the use of R32 refrigerant.
These features help maintain more stable pool temperatures, improve energy efficiency, and provide a more comfortable swimming experience for more of the year.

What pool sizes can the Baracuda Neo range handle?Yes, Baracuda Neo Inverter Heat Pumps include Wi-Fi control, giving pool owners a more convenient way to manage temperature settings.

Why does refrigerant type matter in a pool heat pump?Refrigerant plays an important role in how a heat pump transfers heat. The Baracuda Neo range uses R32 refrigerant, which is generally considered a more environmentally conscious option than many older refrigerants.
For pool owners, this supports a more future-focused heating choice while still delivering the performance needed for reliable pool temperature control.
